1What Is Responsible Gaming?

Responsible gaming means enjoying online gambling purely as a form of entertainment — not as a way to solve financial problems or as a source of regular income. At ufo77, we believe the best gaming experience is one that is played with full control, clear limits and a clear mind.

Many Malaysian players enjoy Slots, Live Casino and Sports Betting without any issues. However, we recognise that a small number of individuals may struggle to maintain control. That is why ufo77 takes a proactive approach — not just waiting for problems to arise, but providing tools and information from the outset so every member can play wisely.

Remember: Gambling should feel enjoyable. If it starts to feel like an obligation or a source of stress, it is time to pause and reassess your situation.

2Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

Before you start any session at ufo77, there are a few core principles you should keep in mind:

  • Set a budget before you play. Decide how much you are willing to lose — not how much you hope to win. Gaming funds are entertainment money, not an investment.
  • Don't chase your losses. One of the most common traps is trying to recover lost money through bigger bets. This almost always makes things worse.
  • Set a time limit. It is easy to lose track of time while playing. Use our session timer or session limit tools to make sure you do not play for too long.
  • Don't play when you are stressed or upset. Emotional instability can affect your judgement. Play only when you are in a positive and calm state of mind.
  • Understand how the games work. All games at ufo77 use certified random number generators (RNG). No strategy can guarantee a win — they are games of chance by nature.
  • Don't borrow money to gamble. Playing with borrowed money or credit is a serious warning sign that should be avoided entirely.

3Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling rarely happens overnight. It usually starts gradually and can be hard to notice in the early stages. Here is a list of warning signs you should take seriously:

  • Feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop playing
  • Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
  • Borrowing or stealing money to continue gambling
  • Neglecting work, family or financial responsibilities due to gambling
  • Constantly thinking of ways to get more money to keep playing
  • Playing to escape problems or negative feelings
  • Have tried to stop or cut back on gaming but have been unable to do so
  • Wagering money that should be used for basic necessities such as rent or food

If you recognise three or more of the above signs in yourself, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools at UFO77 and seek professional help. There is no shame in asking for support — it is a sign of strength.

4Positive Steps You Can Take Today

If you are concerned about your own playing habits or those of a loved one, here are practical steps you can take right away:

  • Activate deposit limit via your UFO77 account settings to keep tighter control over your spending.
  • Use the scheduled break feature to give yourself space to think more clearly without the distraction of gaming.
  • Contact UFO77 customer support via live chat — our team is trained to help you activate any self-control tools.
  • Talk to someone you trust — sometimes sharing your concerns with a close family member or friend is enough to help you gain a healthier perspective.
  • Track your gaming activity in a simple diary — write down how much you spent, how long you played, and how you felt after each session. It often opens your eyes.

All self-exclusion requests and control limits at ufo77 are processed promptly and in full confidence. We will not attempt to persuade you to reverse that decision.

5Minor Protection

Ufo77 takes the issue of child protection very seriously. Our platform is for users aged 18 and above only. Our registration process includes age verification through KYC, and we reserve the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify a member's identity.

If you share a device with children or teenagers at home, we encourage you to:

  • Always log out of your ufo77 account after every session.
  • Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
  • Enable parental controls on shared devices.
  • Keep your login credentials in a secure place that is inaccessible to children.

If you suspect that a child has accessed the ufo77 platform, please contact our support team immediately so that action can be taken without delay.

6UFO77's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

For UFO77, responsible gaming is more than just a checklist. It is part of how we run the platform every day. This includes:

  • Ongoing training for our customer support team to identify and assist members who may be at risk.
  • An internal monitoring system that detects unusual gaming patterns and triggers early alerts for our team.
  • A ban on advertisements targeting individuals who have activated self-control tools or are within a self-exclusion period.
  • Providing clear, easy-to-understand information on how games work and the actual odds of winning.
  • Collaboration with health and support organisations to ensure members who need help can be connected with the right resources.

We believe that a responsible gambling platform will ultimately build long-term trust — and your trust is something we safeguard with the utmost integrity.

FAQ – Responsible Gaming

Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions by UFO77 members about responsible gaming.

Log in to your UFO77 account, go to "Account Settings" and select "Responsible Limits". There you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately after saving. To increase the limit, a 7-day waiting period applies to ensure your decision is well considered.

A scheduled break is a temporary pause — typically 24 hours to 30 days — during which your account cannot be used to play. It is suitable if you simply need a little time to step away. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is a more serious measure, with a duration ranging from 3 months to 5 years. During the self-exclusion period, you cannot open a new account at ufo77 and all marketing communications will be stopped.

No. Once you activate self-exclusion, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends. This is a key feature to ensure the tool is truly effective. After the period expires, you will need to actively contact ufo77 support to reopen your account — it does not happen automatically.

Yes. ufo77 sends in-platform time reminders when you have been playing beyond the set duration. If you activate a session time limit, the system will issue a warning 5 minutes before the limit is reached, and the session will be automatically ended when time is up. You may also opt to receive a weekly activity summary by email.

For immediate support regarding your account and self-control tools, contact the ufo77 team via 24/7 live chat within the platform. Our team is trained to assist you with full empathy and without any judgment. For deeper assistance with addiction, we encourage you to seek guidance from a qualified mental health professional.
